At GADGETS & GLOW, we want you to love every purchase. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right! Below are the guidelines for returns and refunds:


We Accept Returns/Refunds Under These Conditions

 Faulty or Damaged Products: Items received broken, defective, or damaged during delivery.
 Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect item.
 Unopened/Unused Items: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact (for non-defective returns).


We Do NOT Accept Returns/Refunds For

 Used or Opened Products: Items that show signs of use, wear, or tampering.
 Customer-Caused Damage: Products damaged due to mishandling, accidents, or intentional harm.
 Final Sale Items: Products marked as non-returnable during purchase.


Return Process & Timeline

  1. Notify Us Within 10 Days: Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or call within 10 days of delivery to report issues.

  2. Provide Proof: Share photos/videos of the damaged/wrong product via WhatsApp or email.

  3. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to return the item free of charge (no return fees!).

  4. Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll process your refund within 10-15 business days.


Refund Methods

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card).

  • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.


Important Notes

  • No Self-Returns: Do not return items without prior approval.

  • Quality Check: Refunds are subject to inspection.

  • Non-Returnable Shipping Fees: Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.
